Special requests
Please make sure you email us with any extra information you would like us to know I.e delayed despatch, forthcoming holidays, delivery to a third party address.

Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday in order to avoid, as much as possible plants sitting in post depot over the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday evening will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders will be processed and dispatched in the order we receive them. We aim to process all order in 5 working days although this can extend to 7/8 days when we are busy. All current items will be posted 1st class. Please allow 4 working days for your order to arrive after you have received our notification of dispatch. If after this time the plants do not arrive please email us from the contacts page and we will organise a replacement. We only deliver to the UK.

Damage
Please email us as soon as possible in the event or any damage. Please take digital photos where possible of the packaging and the plants.

Guarantee
All our plants leave the nursery in excellent condition and provided the plants are treated as stated in our planting out instructions then they should grow well. In the event of any problems please contact us for advice.

Payment
All payments online are handled securely by PayPal.You do not need a PayPal account to checkout as all major credit cards are accepted. As soon as you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button the item will be put in your virtual basket until you checkout. You may of course add extra items before choosing to checkout.

Data Protection
Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed on to any third parties. We may use you email address to contact you about similar products in the future. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please request this by email.

Collection in person.
If you would like to collect your order in person please state this on the order and we will arrange with you to pick them up from our office address. We cannot accept visits to the nursery at this moment.
